2-0 SEN, I think SEN will come out hot and LG will be lost trying to figure out how to play against them.
Luminosity are usually very good on Icebox and Ascent, however their performance on Ascent is based on how hot thief is. I think Icebox and Split will be the other maps again. I'm predicting Sentinels to win on both Icebox and Split so 2-0.

Just found out sinatraa is suspended for this tournament, good. Valorant competitive scene won't be hurt by getting rid of a literal rapist. Really unfortunate for the rest of SEN guys but sinatraa got what he deserved. LG 2-0
Kinda sad that we almost 100% won't get to see the SEN that was lookin real strong. One of their best players turns out to be a piece of shit like 2 days before a major tourney and that cannot be good for the mental of the team.

I hope this works out for Sen but it's really hard to call. I think given how little time they had no matter who you pick up they're going to be lacking teamwork anyway so may as well go for a cracked player who can frag - in that sense TenZ is probably one of the best people they could have picked up to sub. But I think people need to be a little more reserved with expectations as:
- They haven't practiced together, I think TenZ said on stream the first time they are playing together is this match
- TenZ hasn't played a competitive match in a bit (twitch rivals and stuff don't really count) so who even knows how he will perform, he's still cracked I bet just how cracked and will other teams be able to shut him down ?
- Not everyone is going to be on super comfortable agents given both Shahzam and TenZ mostly main Jett. Shahzam is most likely playing Sova on ascent, haven, bind but even so he's gotta learn lineups for ascent, haven. I'm more curious about Icebox and Split where the hole they need to fill is Raze/Reyna if TenZ will then get onto that or if Shahzam will. If TenZ is comfortable playing other duelists, I'd love to see Shahzam opping on icebox - that's a map he's consistently performs well on (also not sure how great Shahzam is on Raze)
They just need some time but as Sideshow I think mentioned, obviously this iteration is going to be worse than their showing previously because of synergy and comfortable agents, but given the circumstances I think this is probably the best they can do. I'm excited to see TenZ play but I am nervous for sen still.
Wtf is this schedule? Running the most anticipated game when 90% of people are at work/school (NA).
When else would they play the game? These games can take a while and they need to play both series today so they later they start the 1st game, the later the 2nd one lasts and they don't want a game to be going on too late so the players can get some sleep.
It is for sure going to be close. The question is will Sentinels be ready to play with a new player. I think if TenZ can find his groove it will be a clos 2-0. If he starts slow or if the team is still working out their playstyle, I still predict a Sentinels 2-1. If TenZ can't settle in after a 3 month break it goes 2-1 LG.

LG got the opponent they wanted (probably not playing at their fullest against FaZe and 100T to avoid XSET and IMT who are bad matchups for LG), and now SEN is even weaker than anticipated (losing one of their members and having no practice with the new roster).
If sinatraa was playing it would be 2-0 SEN but now that it turns out he's a POS it's likely the other way considering the lack of time TenZ has had to mesh with the others.
Can someone please enlighten me, why Sen picked Split? Split was always close with LG and this time they have Shahzam and TenZ, I mean Jett-Sova co. they play no other agents and they are both bad at Split. What is the point here I didn't get it?

A lot of people who doubted / are doubting sentinels forget the fact that TenZ is still arguably the best player in the world. Good players can adjust really easily, thats why they are good. Sen 2-0

People surprised at Sentinels winning a map when picking up an insanely skilled player are hilarious and trying to sound smart by "oh the team won't know how to play theyve never played together"
Bruh a mix of 5 skilled players can win a tournament right now, the valorant scene is so volatile and literally impossible to predict
Luminosity is so hit or miss, maybe it's just Ascent but their strats are so 50/50 imo. I had Sen winning before the incident I only see the last-second sub in as a problem vs the top-tier teams like Envy/100t/Faze. When games get closer and drawn out they won't be able to play off each other as easily if they had their 5th. Yes, Tenz is one of the best players in NA rn but so was sinatraa and sinatraa played a totally different role than the one Tenz is playing rn.
