every team on EMEA knew that FPX was on the worst moment on their carreers right now, but I don't think that SMB was saving strats because they know that if you understimate FPX you can get destroyed

Saving strats on the opponent pick map and underestimating are completely different things. I didnt say they saved strats on Ascent or they were gonna save strats on haven. I said they saved strats on split. Also after ascent ended 13-6 they knew they were gonna beat them on haven and saved a little bit strats on split. But Im not saying they threw and played like ranked, Im just saying they didnt show their full potential on purpose imo. Ofc they used strats on attack side especially.

If you are trying to say G2 also could be good on split, I agree, we cant know yet. But if you are trying to say SMB cant save strats against G2 cuz they dont know how G2 plays, thats not the playstyle of SMB. They dont try to anti their opponents, they try to play their own gameplan.
