honestly surprising to hear since I thought most of the ascension favorites are going to come from SEA, since most of the KR talent franchised already

as far I know T2 in Japan is well paid, at least some young people around 16yo is already being paid around 200k-300k (ienes) as part-time job + they all have coach, analyst, everything.
not sure if T2 from pacific overall has such structure
