DisguisedToast stated that he pays all of his players + coach a flat $5000/month.
How do y'all feel about this given that it's one of the lower/worse (imo) teams in challengers?

imo: Too high for a t2 team that's going to have little exposure and little prize money.

There are better players with lower salary than dog's players, that it's the thing

those better players should take notes then and learn to negotiate/get an agent that represents them better?

Uh you need rewatch the video you posted then.... He said 5000 minimum

He just use 5000 as basis for the video. There's no way he would give a detailed exact amount for each players and staff, its just bad business practice.

5k minimum forthis team makes sense given the salaries of other teams LOL
you'd straight up faint if you found out what tsm and mad lions were getting paid
idk the other teams but im sure all the signed teams are getting paid around 5k as well

(no team is worse LOL its legit Guard at the top and then everyone else is competitive with each other and then turtle troops who are an unsigned team)

na challengers probably has the best exposure out of any region.
5k a month isnt too crazy considering living wage in the us and other living costs.
there are definitely other challenger teams playing alot more.

I think several franchise teams offer same salary (around 5k$), especially SEA teams except singaporean, Cause minimum wage for franchise players is already high af for some country standard

Why are we all acting like 60k a year is a ton of money?

That’s pretty average for middle class America.

I agree it's a fair salary but not with that is isn't a lot of money, middle class american median income is like 35k

Incorrect

Americans making less than 35k are under 22 or not trying to make money

Typical non NA resident thinking 5k/month is a lot of money

it's slightly above the minimum salary. t1 player got an average of 10k+ a month, so for a t2 5k is acceptable
