Do u guys think if I correctly predict some of the matches in NA that orgs will notice me and sign me as analyst? I have done this before but I have not heard back so maybe this changes idk what u think

Well, where do you add these predictions? And, how would you get noticed by these orgs?
Also, do you share your thought process or the "how" of how you get your predictions? Cause if not, orgs will just look at it as someone predicting things at random.

Well I wouldn't know as I'm not in the eSports industry, but marketing wise, you'd need to pretty much do VLR + reddit forums + social media to get your name out there.
I'd focus on Reddit and social media mostly, since they get the most visibility + VLR is known to have a bad rep unfortunately

who cars, that's why I provided Weltis as an example, so he knows what an actual analyst looks like and sees how much work goes into it
So, it's up to him if he wants to match that work and do better
