Just check the contract detail of RRQ's Philippines player, u can find out all of their contracts expire at the same day, so it is reasonable I assume RRQ provide standard minimum salary contract to their initial roster. They are all tier 2 they don't have any bargaining power, they need this chance to prove themselves so they would accept the contract no matter how shit it is.
