after seeing rb using yoru's flash and his abilities, he is not ENTIRELY wrong. but he wont be as meta as chamber
the key difference is that Yoru takes so much more time, coordination and skill in order to access his full potential. It's not like Chamber where you just set him up with a flash or smth and wowee free kill, Yoru takes so much more, and is such higher risk to arguably less reward.
