Kind of.... but tbh, tier 2 still ver high standard, that mean top 20-10 team
T2 competitive play is a crazy high standard, wdym? Literally any Ascension team would wipe the floor with 90% of teams around the world. Even Tier 3 teams are high Immo 3/Radiants.

I mean it's still an international competition so maybe calling T3+ is a bit harsh

If you weight these teams against the mixed pool of players it seems fair. Just because its international doesnt mean much lol
I don't think tier 2 is right. a lotta acesnsion teams would wipe the floor with these teams more like tier 3
