He was basically made to counter Op.
Once people realize every skill he has is to counter snipers people will see why he will be good in pro play.
I mean it's not like ops are impossible to counter and an agent to only counter ops doesn't really bring enough value compared to others
Plus I don't even think he's the best way to counter an op

While it’s true he may not be viable in most of our ranked games, he’s definitely a nice tool for teams that need help countering heavy op defensive setups.
As a single controller he isn’t great, but as a supplemental support I think he’ll find some use.

Teams predominantly AWP in defense, that too after at least 2-3 rounds given the economic constrains. It makes lil sense to have an agent solely as counter to other team's AWPer, no? Maybe pair him with another controller like Viper which actually possesses "controlling" utils? Then your preposition might make sense.
He needs buffs and then hes gonna be a decent support smoker... but def its a underwhelming character. His ult and E are pretty dope tho
with a slight buff i think he can even be meta
his only flaw is that he cant stop rushes
Yeah. if his slow gets a buff and his orb stays up even after its protection is broken he will instantly become best controller in the game
he needs more abilities imo. 1 more charge for any of his abilities except his ult and a slight buff to his orb and thats it.
he's shit but Riot won't buff him before the kickoff tournament, they're gonna wait for the 0% pick rate to confirm he's shit
