I spelt overview right this time!

ORG HISTORY
-Loud was formed in 2019 by a trio of founders, and is sometimes known as the FaZe Clan of Brazil.
-Loud first entered esports through Free Fire, and signed a roster in early 2019. They still compete in Free Fire today, and placed 2nd at the World Series in 2021
-They would later enter Fortnite, and then League of Legends in the CBLOL in 2021. They won their first CBLOL Championship in September to qualify for their first Worlds appearance
-Lastly, LOUD entered VALORANT in early 2022 with the signing on Pancada e Amigos
-Although they are a newer org, LOUD have gained popularity quickly. They have nearly 12 million instagram followers, 1.6 million twitter followers, and are the 4th most watched team in the world on Twitch, the only Brazilian team in the top 10

ROSTER HISTORY

2022
-LOUD's roster has been the same since its inception, with bzkA as a coach, the 5 players signed were:

-saadhak
-pancada
-Less
-aspas
-sacy

-Before being picked up by LOUD, Pancada e Amigos would play all the way through the open qualifiers and earn themselves a spot, only dropping 1 map to MIBR in the process. After qualifying for groups, the squad was picked up by LOUD
-From Week 1 all the way to the Grand Finals, LOUD did not lose a single map, easily qualifying for Masters 1 with an undefeated record.
-In Reykjavik, they would take down Liquid, G2, and OpTic to find themselves in the grand finals, and would face a rematch against OpTic. Unfortunately, OpTic swept them 3-0, giving Loud a second place finish in Iceland, and their first career loss as a team
-Due to their strong performance, LOUD were given a bye into the next group stage of Challengers, where they would again replicate their success. They would qualify for Masters Copenhagen after not dropping a map across all of groups and playoffs
-Unfortunately, at Copenhagen, they would be upset in their opening match against KRU, a team that notoriously has never lost to a Brazilian team. In their elimination match, they would again face OpTic, and lose 1-2, giving them a very early 11th-12th place exit at Masters 2, their lowest finish to date. However, they have qualified for Champions simply through attendance of the event.
-At Champions, Loud would be seeded in a group with OpTic, Boom Esports, and Zeta. They would beat Zeta in their opening match, lose 1-2 to OpTic in the winner's match, and then beat Zeta 2-0 in the decider to qualify for playoffs
-In playoffs, LOUD went on a tear, 2-0ing Leviatan, DRX, and OpTic to reach the Grand Finals, where they would again, play OpTic. In their rematch of rematches, LOUD would finally take it home 3-1, earning themselves the title of VALORANT Champions.

PLACEMENTS AND PERFORMANCES
-1st at Brazil Stage 1 Challengers
-2nd at Masters 1 Reykjavik
-1st at Brazil Stage 2 Challengers
-11th-12th at Stage 2 Masters Copenhagen
-1st at Champions

RUMORED ROSTER MOVES
-shortly after Champions, bzkA announced that he had mutually parted ways with LOUD
-There have been rumors that LOUDs entire roster has left the organization and that players are seeking individual offers. As of now, no official article outside of Brazilian players and streamers has been released confirming these rumors.
-Should these rumors be true, LOUD will field an entirely new roster in 2023.

EDITS FOR ACCURACY
-LOUD also lost a map to Havan Liberty (thank you b3rnie!)
-The squad was signed by LOUD when they were playing as Pancada e Amigos, but played under a pug name since they were waiting to record an announcement video
-All the players are also negotiating individually with other orgs including LOUD, and they have said they want to stay together (thank you shadesofoblivion for both)

Even though they were playing as Pancada e Amigos, Loud had already signed them. At that time they were awaiting to record a presentation video that is shown in the first Loud documentary.

The players have confirmed that they are individually negotiating with several teams and Loud is among them. They also said that they want to stay together, so there is a possibility that they all stay at Loud or go all to the same team.
