Is South America the best region of 2022?

If you go by having the best team, yes, but I don't think the rest of the region is comparable in strength. Hope Loud winning champs can improve the strength of the Brazilian/SA scene as a whole. Would be nice to see.
No region is the best region, honestly any of them only has 1 truly worthy world class contender

CIS- FPX
APAC- PRX
EU- FNC
KR- DRX
JP- ZETA
LATAM- LEV
no 2nd team from any region was a world title contender at anypoint this year
All regions kinda have their 2nd good team, but at the end only the 1st ones can really go to upper finals/lower finals
they beat FPX (2-0), FNATIC (2-0) at LAN, and were extremely close to beating LEV and FPX again in both tournaments (double OT maps to LEV, 14-16 to FPX). Had they won a few more rounds, they would've been title contenders.
Not really because you probably need more than one team in your region that is actually an International title contender.

BR -> 1 country, 210 mi pop, 1 Super Team
