I think that every region is toxic at some or the other level, at one time people think that some region is more toxic because of the happening of one event and the region changes immediately as another event happens . You take the case of Brazilians and death threats, people said Brazil is toxic, some racism against each other in Asia, people say APAC is toxic. Thus, i think all the regions like EMEA, NA , APAC , BRAZIL, LATAM literally every region is toxic at one or the other level, it just depends on the conditions and the recency of an event proving the same. Don't hesitate to correct me if I'm wrong
