Genuine question, what percentage of the SEA and SA fanbase/orgs do you think will transfer to Valorant mobile once it releases? I could also see China being pretty interested in it.

I guess there is separate Mobile fanbase here in SA idk about SEA but majority of PC community will stick to PC.
They have different audiences.
Valorant mobile wil have little effect on Valorant pc, like lol and lol mobile.
valorant mobile only has an effect on other mobile game players such as pubg mobile player

Moreso it affects game of a similar genre: CODM, Critical Ops, Standoff, and not even PUBGM tbh
PUBGM case would repeat PC again now that PUBGM is even a TPP-focused competitive, I suspect low overlaps
high overlaps of crossing would be CODM instead, as the probably the only major title in this mobile genre: Team-based shooter (either Round based or Arena) and that by 2023 we can go up to "7" Games (R6M, VALM, Hyperfront, WIA, Rogue Company, Rush B, C-OPS) trying to take CODM down
as they are a "Crippling game, being ranted left and right and a struggling comp scene for 3 years straight"
