Subpar is an understatement, if Furia had even an average coach from NA they would have best FNATIC today
we have like 2 good coaches and 1 one them no one wants to hire bc of something he did on the first masters
Fluyr. He was creepy to a girl on ranked in Iceland (or right before it, not sure). It was really creepy and embarassing tho, borderline abusive, so they have a point not hiring him. It just so happens he's also one of the few legitmately good BR coaches.

Not really, a team without synergy does not work even with the highest individual level and the best coach. The coach himself said how the players simply ignore him. Not thinking as a team gives you a free mind to try new things alone, sometimes shit that works out of luck. In the case of furia, there is no coach to fix them, in the case of LOUD I don't think a bad job is done.
I think with the franchise coming in, and him moving to NA. They should start investing heavily in staff
