with the new franchising, will teams be able to have academy teams compete in the lower challengers league and ascension league etc

Isn't it mandatory in LoL with a maximum of 3 per league? Idk if it will be the same here. Definitely not allowed to promote tho

no since academy teams wouldnt be able to participate in international leagues if they get promoted.
