Watched it and feels like he doesn't really get it. The teams that get in won't stay with the same players, they will change their roster 90% and get the best players available. Ofcourse an org like Vitality is bad, but they are a proven org and with extra money and better competitive future they will get better players. He is looking at the current performances and probably mad he will not get in
The point is, only BIG orgs will be in the highest League cuz of Money and not Talent or new Teams, or famous NickNames.

Yea because those orgs have proven themselves to be reliable enough in the other areas so that Riot can trust them to be alive in 1 year, in 2 years.
The good players can easily switch teams. But its harder to find reliable orgs
