Do we really think Zeta can recreate a run like they did in Iceland. I’m definitely not saying they are bad but I just dont see them beating a team like Fnatic again let alone reaching the lower finals. I don’t think it was a “fluke” but I just don’t expect to see Zeta come that close again. Thoughts?

I can definitely see meta shifts fucking over certain teams in the future

no. most of the teams from na and emea were not supposed to be there (proved that), teams like c9b & gambit can adapt better to teams and make changes during the matches, but, i could maybe see them recreating it if they do somethinf crazy crazy

I miss seeing C9 Valorant aka Chaos Esports Club CSGO on the global stage.

Do we really think Optic can recreate a run like they did in Iceland. I’m definitely not saying they are bad but I just dont see them beating a team like Loud again let alone reaching the upper finals. I don’t think it was a “fluke” but I just don’t expect to see Optic come that close again. Thoughts?

Their style looks very replicable and somewhat strategically sound in this meta, at least. Didn't really rely on a single player, single gimmick, or anything similar.

I see no reason why they wouldn't perform this well again if they played in a similar way (naturally, they would have to fix the mistakes they made in this tournament).

However, I wouldn't say the same thing for the rest of the Japanese scene. If a CR or IGZ made it here, I wouldn't have any expectations at all.

I think their region will now get stronger after Zeta abolishing their confidence block.

Maybe, maybe not. If anything, this masters has shown how adaptable zeta is. I have no doubt in my mind that they will only get better, especially with the confidence they have now. I think they can definitely make more solid runs.

same thing applies to brazil as well. they played in a tournament where there's no gambit, acend, fpx and fnatic. after the eu titans come back in the competition they are gonna get destroyed (like japan, apac and korea).

Ok I'll put it like this, I think ZETA can reach playoffs next masters

Yeah i think it'll be the same thing as kru where they kinda fall off and don't play as well next masters. Its not to say that their runs are "flukes" but they suffer from being in one team regions where they can't improve against good competition.
