Why is G2 so hated in Valorant and CS?

In CS everyone is hated equally but G2 got so much support. Try make a bad thread about them now over there...

In Valo there's many more kids and they don't know about respect or anything at all really. Can't find a reason why

E: I mean there's many reasons why someone's driven by hatred, but I meant a general reason why. #6 & #7 are well put and G2 gives 0 fucks basically.

i feel like it might be their valorant social media presence, it seems more like it would offend some big demoraphics of valorant that may not play cs

G2 loves to be the villians in esports. They're pretty big in league as well and they're one of the most well known esports org globally with their social media presence.

Because vlr has lot of under 17 year olds. They can't handle a thing when G2 banter and beat their favourite teams because they are so soft

i just hate g2 across all games, idek where or why it started but they are just naturally the team i want to lose. Maybe from R6 since I go for TSM

PR and social media presence create legion of fans and supporters.
Legions of fans tend to become annoying and irritating, therefore, "haters" emerge. Most of the time, it's not that they hate G2, but their fans.
Think of Undertale, FNAF or some other fanbases like that as an analogy.
