Mentally they are so strong, they can elevate and structure any player that can come into the team and make them a better player, I consider them leader

I mean leader carry, mentally, not in game carry😢. A team with a good leader doesn’t undergo a lot of changes, atleast as much as g2 undergoes.
But, have to agree I’m well sacrificed his roles for his team success. Like Hiko, who once was an omen main, Lear put sova for his team ,then tried to switch senti.
Both don’t igl, but have that force on players which gives them certain amount of respect

“world class igl” idk. have you seen Sen’s strats recently? Before you cite their Iceland victory, they won off of pure aim and minimal strats. Back then nobody knew how to play the game as tactically as today and it was akin to enhanced ranked

He is so butthurt with his pride, he wasted his team potential by only 1 trophy. It is a team that can create an international era, instead they chose to be happy with what they have. Currently you can see, strats Sen have are worst than some of the tier 2 strats, they just dominate with gun fights.
Accepting you need help to improve, is big part of leadership
