This is my take on the EMEA vs NA debate for VALORANT

EMEA has a larger player base and many have prior CSGO experience which translates well.
EMEA players seem more team oriented and focus on team success over personal success.
EMEA players are less focused on building personal brands (not so great for players because the smart ones build a brand/stream that brings in consistent money)
An NA team that seems to have this Idea is The Guard. The Young players have a team and grind mentality which has led to them being one of the best teams in NA.

disagree with number 4 kind of, yes guards teamwork is really good but dont underestimate that personal brand shit, they lik any other NA team for that, most of em stream and they all try to duo with popular streamers to get their views up which i dont judge respect the grind

yeah, they stream quite often and are big personal brands in the making (trent for example) This is just the public opinion right now because they're the new team and aren't as popular for now. They still show the most promise for now tho.
