he has literally nowhere else to go. As NRG i would squeeze the fuck outta his salary.
I think its more of a two-way street , even NRG need him because I don't think there are many good duelist/flex in the market barring one or two (wo0t for instance)
wo0t has signed to FUT so he's not on the market anymore either
It’s not like Nrg is the only team that wants him, I’m sure g2 and Sen both looked into him but he chose Nrg
if you have the money why wouldnt you grant a fairer salary for such a high level talent to ensure they feel valued and build some loyalty

Probably not. Most pros in NA know he still has one of the highest skill ceilings in the league, it's more about if he can actually get to that level.
Zekken has like a weird weakness for a duelist main and it's the fact he tries to play too perfect/safe sometimes. He rarely goes for very high risk plays and that makes him less dangerous than some of the other top duelists I think. I hope he'll step up more as an aggressive duelist if he goes to NRG, because there he would def not need to value his life as much for lategame situations.
