I don’t understand how that works.

Why would a player EVER sign that long of a contract if it gives them ZERO security and safety. If the org can just drop you whenever they feel like it and not pay you… unless they are getting a partial salary for the next 3 years.

100t is like “we own you for the next 3 years or 2 weeks. It’s whatever we feel like.”
