i still remember how chronically online i was on this site a few years ago, probably the worst thing that can happen to your life is getting addicted to an online forum. it was so bad that i was on vlr for most part of my day. i started on this forum to get over a rough patch in my life, thanks to everyone around me and this site that helped me get over it, but i think getting banned here was the best thing that could have happened to me.
unfortunately back then, due to my circumstances i started avoiding people irl to cope up with my loss, and all i did was post on this forum, and it's not like i was adding any value here, i was mostly shitposting and hating on other people and players. by the end of my active period, i aggressively started attacking players and users on this forum and was eventually banned. at first i resisted and appealed and was literally in depression after the ban but eventually i figured out it was time to move on to healthier things and interactions in life and quit this forum, and almost never looked back apart from checking match scores and fixtures.
few days back while checking shanghai's matchups i realised a few users who have basically sunken in the same rabbit hole that i fell a few years back, i hope you see this message and end this extremely unhealthy obsession with this forum because i've been through it. life is much more beautiful outside.
also at the end, thanks to the few vlr users who made my time here entertaining, i still remember each one of you.
