i know this is the 5th HOLD ON thread ive made BUT HOLD ON FOR A SECOND

Why would KiNgg and Sato be reportedly set to join G2 without any Scrims? Why would G2 not trial other players and just sign Sato and KiNgg off the bad

UNLESS THEY HAVE TRIALED AND THEY HAVE SCRIMMED WITH THEM BUT WHY WOULD A TEAM THAT QUALIFED FOR CHAMPIONS BE SCRIMMING WITH OTHER PLAYERS AND NOT WITH THE ONES THEYRE SUPPOSED TO PLAY THE TOURNAMENT WITH

It doesnt make sense to me

SPECIALLY THE ROLES WHY WOULD G2 SIGN KINGG FOR IGL WITHOUT SCRIMS

the more i think about it is the more this news seems like bait to me

i dont care if its a reputable source or whatever but this is geniunly the worst time for this news it just HAS to be bait

You often dont sign top tier players after trials.

You do that when youre building a roster around them, EVERY player has to trial for a team no matter how big he is

Babybay is gone for sure
With this roster it can be flexible with roles anyway

They couldve won Champs for all i care you just dont sign players without trialing them first specially for a role like IGL because what if it doesnt work out? Do you just sack KiNgg and ruin his year?

Didn't make the biggest event of the year after being on top of the world HAS to make you feel like something's wrong + babybay quite literally said it's his final tournament which was probably said to the team before Shanghai

Everyone already knew babybay was leaving this is no surprise, Valyn didnt re-sign with Trent and Leaf for a reason too. Its simply the matter of how things went down right now that they just randomly pick up KiNgg and Sato without trials or scrims and just went with it

They havent scrimmed i know theres 0 chance for them to scrim when theyres a tournament ahead, thats why it makes no sense to sign an IGL without trialing him first specially when theres an offseason ahead

You do it because other teams are scrimping rn and picking up players. You secure your future. I disagree with it, but that’s the logical reason.

Other players might be scrimming but G2 isnt some bum roster that players dont wanna join. They have the money to get anyone they want and they have the Talent on the roster that invites other talented players to WANT to play for them. I dont agree with it all and if this fails no one else is gonna suffer except for the team and fans

I agree. I’m just showing why I think they did it. Leaf and Trent are there. So we still good. I would have left G2 if leaf went.
