No, don't. I was exactly in the same spot as you. I'm already feeling I spend too much time here and whenever I'm bored in uni class, instead of just locking in, I check vlr. I've quit social media to focus on uni but then I started using vlr as a substitute. I'm considering quiting vlr now
My degree just feels like really easy like I mine as well do something to pass the time but yeah its probably better to stay off here
If you have a lot of spare time I'd recommend finding something to do that will benefit you in the long term, whether that be through knowledge or fitness or healthy relationships or anything of the sort
I've been playing a lot of chess recently, for example. It's great for the brain, both because of the amount of analysis and the level of preparation or memorization needed to be good, and it gives me something else to do with some of the friends I'm not seeing as much anymore
