why are the tier 2 teams winning out so consistently?

its not like emea isn't used to playing fast scrappy teams
all these teams have international experience playing against apac
also teams like NRG have been very successful sticking to their own identity of methodical teamplay instead of the rapid pace of the current meta
I dont think the pace could possibly be the reason
Emea likes to recycle the same players and let the good talent rot on tier2, no wonder the region is shit
