Not that anything is wrong with it BUT GSR and Rexxtoned are the sole reasons TL Acad is in place and honestly both are immense upgrades to an already pretty good roster. TL didn't want these players on the market for a reason

Rexxtoned is a senti player though, adding him to the roster gives liquid the same issue as serial did.

it's worth keeping kicks for trexx/kicks synergy and to keep roles in place.
Gsr is worth it tho

Except he can play omen astra and brim so all is well it's not a set of agents thats foreign to him. He's young and good enough to adapt

He can, but with far less consistency. That's why the role swap was made on TLA in the first place.

Kicks gives experience, synergy with two of your best players, and someone used to the role. Rather than risking it on having another senti player (a ROOKIE, mind you) forced to swap roles. If you really want to get rid of kicks then either go for Patitek, fight M8s for Proxh (Which probably won't be hard), or grab Ruxic from NAVI.

Still makes more sense given how much time they'll have in the off season that they can bring him up to date and scrim as much as possible and make him as comfortable as possible

It will just end the same way it did with serial.

Rexxtoned on smokes, nAts on senti
Rexxtoned starts underperforming on smokes, you would never take nAts off of the lurk role, so we keep trying
Rexxtoned eventually goes to perma 2nd senti/Astra, Looks better but double senti is not viable on every map
Drop rexxtoned, lowering his stock for no reason.

Rexxtoned deserves better, unless you can get nAts on smokes and rex on senti (which makes 0 sense) it's not worth dropping kicks for. TLA, RTZN, and Oxuji already tried Rex on smokes and it failed, if it failed in tier 2, it will fail worse in tier 1.

Kamo plays map one, purpo does 2nd map if it goes 3rd map they play half respectively.

he should be able to play smokes as well and I'd rather have rexx smokes + Kamo duelist than either of Kamo+Purp0 smokes/duelist

Literally just pick between KAmo/Purp0, Grab GSR, and Keep Kicks, roles are fixed.

Kamo or Purp0: Duelist
GSR: Flex
nAts: Senti(IGL)
Trexx: Recon
Kicks: Smokes

Rexxtoned is good, but it just gives us the same problem serial did. Kicks is a fine smokes player who has synergy with trexx and GSR.

GSR makes up for it, 4 amazing players, 1 player who isn't terrible but has experience with your two best players (Trexx/GSR) and has good util.

this is very wishful thinking on my part but here is my idea
nats - senti/igl
trexx - ini/second caller
gsr - flex
try to get kozzy for duelist if not keep kamo
ruxic - smokes

I feel like removing a known quantity in kamo and introducing kozzy who is very good but we dont know how his performance will look consistently might be a risk

It does, Keiko was far more experienced but still struggled with consistency year 1 on Liquid. He might come good but what if it takes a long while
