not true, apac is horrible outside of PRX and maybe nongshim if they lock in again
neither region is looking like champs winners and the average level is higher in EMEA
th look way too inconsistent to be considered one of the best teams in the region, liquid also havent really shown enough as it stands as they only really beat weak teams in fnatic and gx and th on their bad week.
fut and kc are genuine contenders but again i wouldnt say any team in emea right now has a chance to really even come top 4 at champs imo
if you define good as "can win an international", then yeah i agree
the median team in EMEA is much better than the median team in APAC
the bottom 4 in EMEA are much better than the bottom 4 in APAC
the top end is now just PRX and they aren't good enough to justify putting the entire region above

on average EMEA teams place better than pacific in internationals, and a mid tier EMEA is better than a mid tier APAC team, we saw FS vs FUT in london, just bc apac houses a top 3 team itw doesn’t automatically excuse the other 6+ shit teams it has

Also if average placement matters more, does that mean China is better than EMEA? They placed better in both santiago and london
XLG did as good as FUT, and 1 below VIT.
EDG was 3rd while VIT was 4th.
China placements were also more impressive because VIT got 4th by winning 3/4 of their match wins against other EMEA teams.
China got their placements by winning against international teams. +1 regional matchup in USF
and the 3rd teams of the regions dont exist? Saying VIT is less impressive than EDG because of regionals is also stupid. EDG had the clearly easier path and Vit didnt choose their opponents.
then if you say VIT had a harder path than EDG, XLG had the hardest path of the 3.
They had to play G2 who were on a heater after beating LEV in the stage, then they had to play EDG at an international, and then finally they played LEV, who were the eventual winners.
still just ignoring, that emea had the better average placement in london. That doesnt say they were the best, but you saying china had better average placement is just a lie.
