yes, and less reliant on aim/micro stuffs
for example, munchkin used to be viper/kayo two-trick, now he's forced to do some sova and omen (one of the few remaining good support agent)

another one that i think is important is the ability to reclear op/shotguns more, shotguns is nerfed but op is still strong af, this is also why chamber is rising again

Yes, genuinely appalled by anyone who enjoys micro over macro every time. Just watch cs if micro is everything to you like it is in this current meta
