XSET be having the same honeymoon period that envy did tbh
Both teams always had insane support players but an average Jett
Both teams got insanely good when they got a superstar Jett
Let’s see how much XSET can do while it lasts cause they be looking gooood

Envy would be the best in NA if Victor performed like he was before yay joined

that is one big ass if. Like I could say if TenZ kept up his iceland performance in Masters 3 and Champs SEN probably could've won everything.

Tenz’s performance barely dropped in masters 2 he was a top 3 duelist , in champions it was bad tho , but even if he performed like in Iceland the rest of the team was shit so the result wouldn’t have changed much

nah TenZ was nowhere near his iceland performance when they played against G2 and split against NV.

Tenz got inconsistent after Iceland, he could still play at the same level but started having so,e bad maps out of nowhere

Yeah that's the perfect way to describe it, inconsistency. He still showed he could be the best in the world but it was very dependent on outside variables.

this is true for Masters 2 but not for Champions, a run was very possible if they got past KRU in that Split map. Acend went from losing to VK to winning the whole thing.

Ye people underestimate how good sentinels was at champions

This. Dude viktor was so fkin good. He was the reason i started liking that team. Yay took the spot light and he was left behind a little. But against rise he performed like before, he was lookin good

prime Victor was arguably a better flex player than SicK

you watched the NV Rise game? Victor was not the problem.

Nobody was the problem. The whole team played individually, that was the problem

more like individually out-played by Rise

He played ok but what I mean is that before yay joined Victor was a demon he was clapping literally every duelist in NA

he had one tournament where he looked like the best. that was it. there was a big time gap between that to when yay joined the team where he was mediocre.

it was more ABOUT vic then. its easier to do things when ur supposed to do things. when u need to give room to others, u have to step aside in rounds. im not saying he hasnt underperformed a bit but that comment is unrealistic; at the very least within the same games. Now if you mean more like how gambit always has 1 person on god mode then yea id agree.

Kinda true the team always looks really really good initially when they pick up a star player. It also happened with SEN when they got TenZ.

theres only so much diversity u can have to enable just 1 person. that honeymoon period ends when teams provide answers to that star players plays and picks.
