She’s riding off her champs win where she was clearly an elite coach, JessieVash has no accomplishments
Demon1 was a 6th man on EG bro, it’s her coaching and decision making that gave Demon1 a starting role
i hate this retroactive demon1 glaze potter made that mf gave him perfect roles and places to frag had a entire game plan around him that other teams copy(or should copy) when they pick him up
No one good trials for EG bro. The only good player who trialed for them in the off season was dgzin and she picked him up
yeah because EG is known for not paying well. do you not remember why that original Champs winning EG roster essentially disbanded straight after winning???
Ok but how is that potter’s fault? How can you blame potter for choosing bad players when it’s only bad players that want to join her team?
her job as a coach is to sell the idea of a valorant team to potential players. i just don’t think she does a good enough job in doing that because the support from EG is lackluster. but at the same time she has been steadily trying to recreate that champs winning roster with randoms hoping it will happen again but it won’t. she also hasn’t entirely adapted to this meta and you can see it with the way they’ve played fracture the same way since winning champs.
eg is literally a handicap too strong for anybody straight up getting the worst roster investment out of every team in the league and still showing up with avg to above avg line ups is insane work she doesn't even get new players anymore its just eg acad
