everyone wants good results to convince riot they deserve their spot
roster changes are to get better results
same thing is happening in every region with their rosters
less so in EMEA but for sure in APAC and CN
Because the top half of the Americas teams are too good which makes it so the mid and bad teams have to try everything possible to even have a chance to compete with them. Also partnership is ending so every team is trying to put together the best possible roster in hoped of getting partnered again.
