If youre gonna be dying every round then say goodbye to your economy lmao, also most phoenix players won't even get 1 kpr and they aren't even the player who plant the bomb the most lol, stealing ult orbs from agents who have much better ults than a phoenix ult is indeed a strat I guess.

honestly, id prefer they buff the flex spot such as breach gekko kayo etc
but thinking about it again it make sense if were going to keep this "gunplay" direction to make him 1 flash, so we have some reason to pick the flash init

Look cypher ult was also six orbs. It was also fixed by increasing orbs. Phx needs same fix considering yoru was also killed same way.i think after stage 2 this is gonna happen.

You might js be delusional as hell lmfao cypher's ult was not "fixed" by increasing the orbs needed he got buffed to two scans instead of one because it was hella underpowered at the time so ofc they need to increase the orbs needed to balance it.
Also if they loved neon like you said then she would never have gotten nerfed and yoru was killed because the dev team doesn't know how to balance which is why they are slowly buffing him back up.
Phoenix's ult is 6 points to balance the fact that the rest of his kit is lowk underpowered.
Two short-range flashes, a molly and a wall are just worse than what kayo and even breach bring to the table if you don't factor in the 6-point ult.
Self-heal and a faster gun pullout won't offset the utility diff after flash inits get buffed.

bonus - WOW you did so much work to get a pheonix ult heres a massive advantage into this round, get a kill or death here after ult - 1/6
eco - this is the ONLY skill involved in this, get ONE kill vs an eco, then you orb + plant + death and your one off for next round - 5/6
gun - pick up an orb, ult, win - 6/6
it is INCREDIBLY easy to with literally 1 required kill from the phoenix have an orb for the first 2 gun rounds, the ult is fucking busted at 6 points lmao

Well good thing we just watched a pro game with two phoenix players, artzin planted 0 times on phoenix in 1 map compared to basic with 4 plants and eeiu with 3 plants in the same map and sato planted 5 times across 3 maps with phoenix while blowz planted double that amount with 10 plants. So good thing you aren't a pro player or a coach because it seems like your advice is terrible lmfao.

yes context is relevant, obviously if your phoenix has ult or is dead or your fade/sova is one off someone else should plant
of the 10 plants blowz had,
2 were when sato was dead.
3 were when sato either had ult or blowz was massively closer to ult
2 were when lev were fighting deep in their post plants because it was 5v5 retake , the pheonix is obviously wanted for that
1 is a fast plant because sato ulted them into site, blowz is literally planting while sato is going back to his body from ult.
2 were actually kinda int yea, one worse than the other but i think there was 2 of blowz's plants that sato shoulda planted
if your argument is that pro players and coaches DONT think snowballing ults, and specifically pheonix ult is a good thing then maybe just like, ask some of them? i can promise you all of them will say pheonix will often be planting because of ult orbs, again, OBVIOUSLY context matters
i didnt look at artzins ults cause uhhh it wasnt exactly a steller pheonix performance, i dont really care to try and learn from a performance like that.
