so if ref didn't appoint the yellow in the first place the swiss player would not have been kicked ? How likely is that to happen ?

How often does a yellow for simulation to that degree get given out ?

Yellows for simulation are quite common tbh, I don't think I've ever seen the VAR get involved to that degree for a dive but I'm pretty sure the rules changed recently

It’s not a crazy yellow, doesn’t happen often but it’s not unheard off and that dive was crazy

You get yellow for simulation but when it’s your 2nd yellow it’s a harsh call. Also, referee when to VAR for a yellow card on paredes. We have never been taken to VAR for a yellow card before.

all i know is that things that doesn’t get punished in other games always gets called in favor of argentina. It is like argentina wins every coin flip
