A lot of characters that have no movement would really struggle

and ones that do would be quite strong

Maybe as a counter but I think you would have to draft at least 2 tanks a game so people are there to check bushes and such

comps with tons of cc become incredibly broken because if you chain your abilities on someone it’s basically a confirmed kill unless there is some gimmick on the champion you’re engaging on

It really depends on how many situations they can be useful in; if the gimmick can be applied to many different matchups as a counter then teams will pick that champ more.
