Isn't a person updating the score? Or you mean someone has APi so he checks and put down the score, or is it only for low tier games they are updated by person?
Okay so I think at least I have to clear this up:
As long as VLR has exists, we have been updating the scores manually by person. Yes, we have access to the Riot API, but for the longest time, we only have access to the endgame results.
Now we have access tp a separate API system to track the games in real-time, but that doesn't mean it's fully automated; we still keep an eye on the round-per-round updates and the end results.
