Like fuck why did they have to get rid of Cortez and art (that bum xenom can stay off MIBR) and they brought in Tex (Israel's greatest soldier) and Mazino (just mid). And the Aspas dictator memes are genuinely not funny cause he's in contention for being one of the best players of all time but people are calling him a dictator for trying to rebuild MIBR one of the worst teams in Americas before Aspas joined. I'm not saying that what Aspas did was right but hes trying to make MIBR a inti winner so he should at least be able to make that choice

If U were one of the worst teams and one of the best players joined team and then wanted to do a rebuild, U would let him, would U not?
Okay, but if any roster changes are at his discretion, then surely by definition he is the Dictator of the team? It doesn't have to be inherently bad (I think giving a player that much power is ridiculous, as they can't be expected to know how to build a functional team), but he is one.
But with his experience and he could choose players to fit around his play style, it was a good choice giving him that power
Perhaps giving him some input is good, but the entire point of having a team manager and coaching staff is to build a team with five players that compliment each other's playstyles and to create a healthy environment. You cannot feel secure or comfortable in your job if you know your teammate has the power to boot you if he doesn't like you. I'm sure people have held back in VOD reviews or during arguments in the server due to this, whether it's knowingly or subconsciously.
Yh but if U know he picked U surely U would be feeling better about cause why else would he pick that person over some one else, also these are people who he's friends with and he knows they would probably know that he wouldnt kick them just like that
Also did U forget Lev 2024, he probably thought that he could get the same results with 2/5ths of the players
