but i would put neon in A Tier she just can bhop across the whole map anymore but her slide, ult and stun are still good and she can rotate quickly
could do a similar argument for yoru
im ngl i feel like the bhop was the best part of her kit and with the big shotgun nerfs i havent had a single person run up to me and pull the typa bs that would happen frequently before, maybe i just have to see more games of her cus i think ive only had 1 on the enemy team so far but i think shes just kinda mid now.
Same with yoru clone is still super good but apart hes basically phx-1 flash the tp only now gets value on defense if the enemy is perma running it down in the first 5s
Harbor and viper should be A. Lowkey throwing if you don't pick one of them on breeze
harbor is hella underrated in ranked honestly i suck at omen so i started picking harbor on lotus and its been working pretty well
yeah Less has been spamming the fuck out of harbor when he plays ranked just because he finds harbor fun 😭
Nah u can just run clove tbh Harbor is OP but hes legit terrible for ranked and viper>>
harbor is pretty good in ranked (a or b) if you can actually play him, especially as a double smokes or on breeze
and also kayo he can play by himself or for the team which makes him good for ranked
