they are two programs meant for two different tasks. while some things like keyboard shortcuts and overall concepts can transfer over u will need to learn most of the actual functionalities from scratch if you've never touched it before
what the guy above said ^ also depends on how much you wanna know. basic cutting and assembly should come pretty easy
It depends on how much you need to learn. If it's just simple editing, it's not difficult.
