there is no minimum rank, teams are created based of a player rating made by the mod team and then teams are weighted to be equally fair(most teams have like 1/2 immos) but currently some golds play(and last season bronzes)

you can sign up, but you wont be on a team and only be asked to sub i think

go to the website, join the discord. The playoffs of emea S13 are currently ongoing and will last a couple more weeks, after that a new season will start(but u can still sign up, in which case u can play as substitute when a player is unavail)
