Not really, the best teams doesn't win by luck they win because they simply played better. PRX/NS were dominating when they won so it was clearly not luck, yes NS fell off but to be fair Riot nerfed df outta Waylay which was a huge impact on them. PRX/NRG are more flexible with comps so it doesn't effect them as much.
