because ultimately the goal of the team is to win, taking a risk on a tier 2 talent only gives them more firepower, which ultimately they shouldnt need, if they felt like vibes was what they needed (which iirc joshRT has basically said) then getting a guy that brings the vibes up is more likely to push them to winning than getting a tier2 talent that might be able to shoot better, but might not vibe with the team as well.
