I mean everyone wants trophies but i think he had his fill of professional head coaching enough already. Doesnt matter if he wanted to add more to the cabinet or not he just ultimately got burned out or tired of being the HC probably. Thats why he is legit just taking offers that dont pertain to him being the HC anymore
