the same old boring game, no new plays, vitality ends up winning everything
valorant is just so much better to watch

thankfully vitality lost rn but its a group stage game they will still end up winning the event
also their scheduling is bad with 2 streams running at the same time just like ewc

Just because you don’t understand the micro of how things changes, does not mean that things don’t change.

doesn't matter, the game on its own has been pretty straightforward since its inception even though small things might change, visually its the same game, with valorant every new agents redefine the meta and u can visibly see the changes in gameplay for example tejo meta literally made the game post plant simulator, not saying those are always good changes but u never get fatigued

Yes that is true. Too much change is also a bad thing and I think that is what Valorant doesn’t extremely poorly. Do we not map changes DURING PLAYOFFS was a good idea, or nerfs to agents before playoffs. Before the season would have worked better.
Edit: it just promotes a poor competitive atmosphere. And this comes from a team that benefits from the changes to map and agents currently.

IMO I think CS has more tactical depth, but Valorant doesn’t have more “change” per se

CS is better right now

events with randomly generated teams is not a good thing bro
there is almost no point on debating questions like "Who's the best team?" "Who's the better player?" etc if the skill ceiling in Val is so low that any team can win and then be mid afterwards

Also there are some teams (I think GE is one and I think it was him who mentioned it in one of the SpikeTalk interviews) who try to predict nerfs (and not prac on them) to have an edge (too many changes and dogshit balancing in Val).

valorant is about being adaptive, you can't get complacent
also its still a new esport that's why we dont have a team like vitality who dominates in all aspect
and trust me its much better to have new teams than having the same winner everytime

there is no storylines on valo. 14 different orgs winning out of 18 total events. and sentinels 2x wins were completely different lineups, only the fnatic roster has won 2 events with their true core. the skillgap is insanely low

i still watch bc it's fun but no denying its just a lotto
