Thats all you need to do really
Ie replace KAY/O, i dont think riot would do that cuz 1) Removes breaches identity and 2) Overlaps with KAY/O and Tejo too hard
What i would do honestly. Breach is literally sending out a shockwave right for the stun. So make it so you can only see their feet even through walls for the stun time.
Its a simple change.
Make the stun last the entire round
Make it so you can assign the flash to enemies like Sage heal or Miks stim (full duration every time)
Make the aftershock the size of Sova ult
Make Breach ult 6 cost
(I'm being ironic but even this would probably only put his pickrate at like 15-20%)
i feel like flashes need to be buffed surely? they pop so slowly and are so predictable compared to every other flash in the game. maybe give him a faster pull out time, and like a sound cue if it blinds an enemy?
Sound cue if blind might be too strong. But a faster blind would also be too strong i feel. Mayb making it like the yoru flash windup would be better
maybe, but he's the only initiator (i think) that has no info gathering util right?
- make the stun sends people off by 1 meter or less like a mini ult and give earthly sound info que like Harbor whirpool when they stepped the ground again
- option to alt click to flash the surface like Vyse so that you can flash through smoke via the floor like Yoru setting up flashes for teammates. Maybe faster flash too.
- Give the old ult size and duration (Doesn't make sense when Waylay has 6s), but make it 9 orb
