or does NAOS or a diffrent pinoy org get in?

Depends, if they kick/bench or even just move jessievash to the coach position then they are good
They will be be partnered again fs they are the only rep out of Philippines if you talk about organization salarying players with tier 1 contracts. (Unless there’s some other org I am unaware of)
