How good is the meta for high ranks lately?

Like it's been months since the mass nerf Riot released, and I only play casually in low rank silver gold for like 6,7 competitive matches per week due to job. People in here still use utilities like they are free real estate such as using flashes for warning enemies off without swinging, Sage walling at the beginning of the round, or Sova shoot recon at the start of the round then wait 60s for the next one. I wonder if it's more try-harding for ascendants for immortals now

been less braindead recently. neon still annoying af but its been more normal. ranked will always be shit tho. especially wit the change they did a bit ago wit the changes to mmr gains. cant do anything if teams trolling to lose 24 and gain only 16 for a win in immortal

In my immo2 lobbies , neon abuse almost every match , clove , jett, sova high pickrate agents and tryhard players always (me too)
double duelist every map
alot of wintraders and throwers nowadays cause the minimum rr to radiant dropped from 450 to 300 so yeah .

neon spam and a bit more phoenix but everything else stayed the same
