To add on and answer the other two questions - he isn't making that much Valorant news nowadays (watch TacticalRab to get daily updates on the Valorant scene). He's pivoted into general streamer drama and some political commentary given that it's a bigger space which means more potential subscribers especially with the audience that he caters to. It's a slop news farm, but he drags the conversations on for longer to get that sweet Youtube revenue.
His videos are just basic spiels similar to what other news content creators do. He occasionally can make a good point, but a lot of his humour is generally darker or offensive and mixed in with memes (e.g.: if someone says the r-word, he cuts it off and brings Tarik's face on screen because he said it in the past or if he makes a suspect comment, he will cut to Pewdiepie saying "for legal reasons that's a joke".)
