just go and play something or run a mile, or hit the gym for some cardio
take a hot bath
and you will instantly be sleepy, but dont eat anything heavy in-between, it wont work if you do
and no devices in-between
works 100% of the time
suffocate self with pillow then you'll be sleeping cause after you can cut a hole in the pillow 👍
I honestly think asmr stuff would help. And obviously if you want more than 20 hours of sleep you can take sleeping pills but that's not healthy. Realistically 20 hours of sleep is naturally just not gonna happen. Also is it that you CANT sleep or don't WANT to sleep.
Then try some asmr or something. Legit it could help falling asleep to some ambience or something. Also get off ur phone if you're trying to sleep. It fucks with ur brain
Me personally I have trouble sleeping too, I just put on 1 earplug and listen to a podcast at low volume, fall asleep in under 20 minutes
i usually fall asleep after tossing around for like an hour
if i can't i put on some ambient rain sounds on my phone then end up with my phone at 0% charge when i wake up
