Lemme know how you can go from brainless chickens on Abyss to the greatest team of all time in the next two maps solely because of Neon. Dambi barely bought a rifle on both of the maps too and he somehow still performed, the clips of him killing someone from at least 10m away with one shot of the judge or his many jumping headshots is just crazy. Neon has got to go especially if they are marketing this game as more "tac shooter like"

if you watch the games ns invest a ton of util into his entries. he got a 3k with judge in split heaven, but they used fade ult + seize to get it done. they're playing to his strengths and if it was that easy other teams would be doing it every game as well
yeah, ns have centered their gameplan around supporting the best entry duelist in the world rn and it is paying off, not to mention that they have been playing together since a long time and hence have great chemistry
I agree they played very good team wise but that doesn't excuse the BS that was happening in that match. Nothing should justify the amount of random kills Dambi was getting that match.
I think neon is fine. They need to do something about the judge/bucky cuz anyone can abuse that shit
More about senti nerfs too. It's too hard to counter neon or double duelist in general with how shit the sentis are rn. It's the major reason neon feels so oppressive.
I don't even know where this "edg abused neon" agenda came from, Kangkang wasn't even in the top 3 Neons at champs when he won

Aspas, Miniboo, Sayf, Keznit, and Zekken all had better stats than him. Miniboo, Keznit, and Zekken all had better space making than him as well.
stats wise everyone besides miniboo and zekken had a quarter of the playtime (60-ish rounds vs 240 something rounds)
eye test wise zekken was not as good as kk on the neon imo
i still think kk was the best neon at the event tbh, miniboo is just ok at neon despite playing her the longest
edit: you can kinda tell how good kk was at neon when you see he had a 0.3 fkpr which is way higher than everyone else despite having the most rounds played too, guy was the best neon at champs for sure
Sure Kang Kang had the highest FKPR but he also had the highest FDPR which just means he took more first engagements than other Neon players that doesn’t mean he was the “best”.
Also if you watch the games you’ll see how much more impact zekken and miniboo had on neon than KangKang did not including stats. Kangkang’s Jett was far more dangerous and impactful than his Neon was.
If anyone can do it, you would be seeing all duelist on neon with judge and getting entry all the time. Reason why Dambi is called best neon in the world is not because he just creates space, but at the same time he creates entry kills and his ability to survive after rushing in. Literally all the team except PRX runs neon a lot, and you don’t see same impact as NS neon, because the strat itself is based on supporting Neon unlike other teams.
But I do agree watching judge all the time is quite awful, even though it has satisfying moments.
I havent seen players pick up judges to stop other neons except Dambis neon.
Neon has got to go
This is dambi specific situation, I don't see anyone else replicate this level of neon anywhere else. Its a free game anyone can do it. If this example replicated with other pros then I'd agree it should be nerfed.
